1987 Rui’an City Red Flag Auto Parts Factory was founded in Beimengtou in Rui'an city;

1990 Move the factory from Beimengtou to Yangjiaqiao in Rui'an;

1995 Move the factory from Yangjiaqiao to Rui'an City Red Flag Industry Area, changing the name to Rui'an City　Heavey Duty Vehicle Parts Factory;

1998 Establish Zhejiang RUILI Industrial Group Co.,Ltd. It was the first recommended enterprise by National Auto Parts “Double Hundred” Recommendation Committee, and　also held Zhejiang Province Auto Parts Sales Combo Conference in Wenzhou.

2002 The industrial park in Rui'an Economic Development Area passed the acceptance check and began manufacturing. The technological reformation for electric retarder was listed as Wenzhou’s first National Key Technological Reformation Projects supported by national debt. It was approved by National Bureau of Commerce and Industry as China’s Non-Area Enterprise Group - China·RUILI Group;

2003 Solicit a land with an area of 361 Mu in Rui'an economic development area expanding field, Zhejiang Province. RUILI Group China planned to build a manufacturing base of SORL Auto Parts export products. In the meantime, Ruili Group made a plan to construct technology research and development center and material management center of RUILI Group after having solicited a land with an area of 361 Mu in Shanghai Jiading Area.　

2004 Found SORL Auto Parts Inc - Joint Venture with Hongkong Fairford International Investment Holding Co.,Ltd. In July of this year, it was listed in American Nasdaq Capital Market through reverse merger and became the first enterprise in Wenzhou Area to be listed overseas. In this year, it held the 7th Council in the 4th Conference of Steering Gear Committee — the 5th Member Conference. The Auto brake system ECU project was set as Technology Industrialization Auto Electronic Project by National Development and Reformation Committee.　

2005 The enterprise Informatization Project was included in National Science and Technology Ministry's "863" Plan. RUILI's increase of 21 million auto brake components project and steering pump project was listed as Zhejiang Province’s Key Construction Project. RUILI Group's "the 11th Five Year Plan" was approved by experts;　


2006 The company was accepted to be listed on the main board of American NASDAQ capital market.
