 Technology leads Ruili Group all the
way through its development. We have
invested 36,000,000RMB for technology
innovation for 5 times since 1991, which results in upgrade in equipment, product. Since 2001, we have invested more than 140,000,000RMB for the new product development and high tech equipments. There is a continuous progress in product’s technology. And our R&D capability has been promoted continuously. At present, we have strong capability in R&D, mould manufacturing, clamping, mechanical processing, with an annual production output of 500,000,000RMB. We have established Ruili Group Rui’an Industry Park and Product R&D Center as well.
The enterprise technical center founded in 2000 was granted as Wenzhou City’s Technical Center in 2002. Then in 2004, it was granted as Zhejiang Province’s technical center. Product development has adopted technologies such as CAD, CAM, CAE, and CAPP. It will carry out the project of CIMS-Computer Integrated Manufacturing System in the production, and equip with advanced digital mould processing centre and flexible manufacturing units. Since the establishment of the enterprise, it has developed auto air brake valves for 5 series including more than 100 kinds for FAW, Dongfeng, Yellow River, Steyr and Chenlong ect., continuously developing new products with intellectual property and good market potential. We have also developed and produced hydraulic pump, power steering pump, retarder, ABS and auto meter ect. Among them, there are 3 key new products at the city’s level and 6 key new products at the province’s level.
In the aspect of quality management, we have been approved by ISO9002 quality system certification since 1998. We have also passed its reexamination for 2 years. The quality system is running very well. In 2001, we passed ISO9001/QS9000/VDA6.1 International Quality System Certification. In 2004, we passed ISO/TS16949 Quality System Certification, which promotes our company’s quality management. In 2006, we passed Moody International Group’s ISO14001 Environment Management System Certification, OHSAS18001 Occupational Health and Safety Management System Certification.
